It took a while for English updates, but supposedly she was involved in an accident while riding her bike. She is stable right now. Nothing else though.

Oh, I LOVE cooking with dog! I make her nikujaga and tonjiru so much that I keep pre-measured and cut portions of meat in the freezer LOL

Did you see runnyrunny999's get well compilation video to her? I really hope that she'll be able to continue making videos.

Also my aunt and uncle used to have two gray mini poodles just like Francis. They were such smart, awesome dogs.

Awesome! I've never had nikujaga or tonjiru yet.

For me it is mochi, zenzai and red bean paste: Fresh, not the powder, though I have yet to make fresh mochi that works well with daifuku. For that I use mochiko. Every so often I must have it!

I keep making her yakibuta and katsudon. They don't need too many specialized ingredients that I can't find at the oriental market that require me to go to the Japanese grocery. Every time I have to go there I end up spending way more than I should! lol. So many delicious foods, and the one we have also serves bentos.

I also made her Oyakudon (sp?) but it tastes so much like katsudon that I don't make it that often considering we are always having chicken.

Thank you for all of your kind words. Chef has been recovering faster than originally expected. She moved to a new facility last week to participate fully in rehabilitation. She has been doing her best and looking forward to getting back in the kitchen. Thank you very much for all your support.
