that the idea of adopting an at-risk child

my parents are foster parents now and have two elementry school age boys, whom are could be with them for a long time.
fostering is a good way to cut costs and speed up the adoption process, for future refrence; you can be a respite home, which is emergency based. that is what my parents are.
