speaking of condo, my neighbor is selling her unit. kinda small (885 sqft), but tastefully decorated (she's a designer) with some upgrades. i think she's asking $200k. parking included. just fyi! not that i want some douchebag bimmer owner as my neighbor ;)

$200k for 886 sq ft??? In this market?

That would be why I'm not looking downtown. Ridiculous. Probably a 1BR?

I'm looking at 1,100 sq ft, 2BR, attached garage, 4 unit building for $190-200ish.

I think I might have to take it just because I don't think I'm going to find a good deal on a better unit close to 394. If only I worked downtown, I could head further south and get the cheaper places...

yeah, the downtown market is saturated, but the prices are still not coming down. (which is good for me.) new projects in the area are having a tough time getting approval, whether from neighborhood council or lender.

i want to do my suspension. are you using stock springs? i'm thinking kyb agx and prodrive springs. want to install them for me? :)

I'm using stock springs, so I can stay in stock class. I'd be happy to help with the install, but I'm definitely no expert. Zak (esper) can do them in his sleep on a WRX, he says he ususally charges like $250ish. I'd say talk to him.
