so, after a shitty shithead of a shitface week, the weekend comes. melissa was working, which means i've virtually been by myself for the entire time, and i've loved it. i bought some clothes on saturday (sweaters!), and practiced rocking, and had the biggest geeky saturday night ever. why, you might ask?

saturday night I actually left some friends and an evening of possible drunken hijinx so I could go home and watch spinal tap. and then immediately watch it again with the commentary on.

and my opinion is that no, you shouldn't have to buy two presents. I mean, they might think you're a bastard, possibly, but who cares?
