on the re-run of the gilmore girls that i'm watching right now, grant-lee phillips just played "wake me up before you go-go" (is that the name of that song?). i love grant-lee phillips. i love lauren graham. and i love getting back into richmond early from a work trip, but not having to go back into the office.
two more work days - whew.

okay, it's basically done.  go and listen and ask to be my friend.  if you want to. 
i am in virginia beach.  i had forgotten how dumpy it is.  i was upgraded to a "free executive suite", so that's neat.  i think i might go out in a minute and get some ice cream.   mmmmm, ice cream.

i had another entry, but i deleted it.  i was sleepy.

last night was great, in every way.  i left during "pink lemonade" because i was sleepy, and i knew i would get to see them tonight.  also, i didn't have to hear "opium"! :)

i am driving to arlington all by myself tonight, like a big boy in his big boy pants.

i have a challenge to myself, today.  i hope i can stick to it.

because i'll be busy every other night - karin, i would love to meet you in baltimore on friday.  it's a date.

so, to celebrate not having anything to do, tonight i will sit on my couch watching goofy television and playing on my computer.
