iai - A basic session on Wednesday with sempai A leading the class (not sensei). He had us do each Omori ryu kata three times: once at super slow speed (close to my usual speed, I just slowed down my cuts), once at normal speed, and once at fast. Yes, I am *firing* the doctor after this little episode. I really don't need fear-based compliance methods used against me, especially right now.

Apple season's just about here, and I can't eat apples! Makes me want to cry. T_T

I fired a doctor for similar, years back. She looked at a raised sed rate that came back from some blood test and decided I probably had scleroderma and then told me I would die 20 years hence and wasn't that a tragedy for me, a young mother and all.

She was creepy to the max. That also taught me never to give a doctor extraneous information. I think she jumped to that conclusion when I told her there were autoimmune problems in my family.

That experience also made me hate doctors, mainly.

Which is probably TMI about me and why I hate doctors, but... it's just by way of saying, I totally sympathize.
