I've been neglectful of my LJ in regards to the weapons-making career for which I am apparently destined. Facebook* is just too easy to update, and going through the extra steps to post something here at times is just too much. I'm lazy ( Read more... )

Those woodgrains are beautiful. And I always wondered what those weapon fans were called--tessen, huh? I always thought they were the coolest thing.

So you do a lot of Facebooking? I hardly ever am on there, but when I do go on, it would be good to see your updates, so I'll go find you. If you get a friends request from Francesca, that's me.

Wood is gorgeous! The BaldMan used to do some woodworking, and some of the woods are just incredibly beautiful. It looks like you are doing a beautiful job with it, too.

I know what you mena about Facebook. I'm not ec=xactly chatty there, either, but it seems so much easier than putting together a whole blog post. I'll look you up.

Hee. This reminds me that I'd better bring the Chinese bow to the archery club soon and measure up the pieces of scrap wood (from old, defunct target stands) I'd need to build up the grip to a more comfortable shape. Otherwise I'm never going to do it and I'll never have a light bow to practice with when I'm traveling all over the place.
