Ooo. Funny. If the round-windowed room had been half underground instead, it'd be a hobbit-hole.

I know! I love it. Then there are plenty of offices in the lower floors (though I'm on the fourth floor, I'm actually only two floors above the ground at the main entrance) that have windows that are about ground level. Those are really hobbit holes.

Bilbo would love the books from all the faraway places, and the confusing maze of rooms and half-levels in the joined buildings.

The treehouse is an absolutely amazing place; and it looks perfect to recharge your batteries.
