methinks you need bigger spaces between your paragraphs :)

& I BELIEVE YOU COULD RUN 10 MILES IF YOU TRIED. SAME GOES TO ALL THE OTHER FENCERS!! I BELIEVE IN YOU!

Fencers are really lazy. I don't think I've met a fencer who runs either. Maybe because that guy is an army dude and they run all the time. WHO KNOWS.

......i run.......=[ am i not allowed back into the fencing world? cause that's not cool..i run..like ever day [that i dont have practice] i mean i dont know if i could run 10 miles...but i can run...some distance..
