I don't want to get involved in any arguments and it is fine to realise you don't get on with someone and it's fine to dislike someone for something they have done, but surely this sort of comment serves no purpose?

If you don't get on with Julie and dislike her then just don't interact, but leaving this sort of comment makes no sense?
