The one thing about councilors though is that they look at your problem from an objective perspective and just let you rant about stuff before looking at what you can do to help yourself through it. My mom's a councilor for elementary school, different place I know but she uses the same techniques. At least that's what a good councilor should do.
No things don't come easy, if it were easy life would be very boring. I hope all goes well for you in this exciting (and nerve-wracking) time.
but i thought i'd let you know i understand. trust me. i've got a similar story.
i know seeing a counselor is a pain (i never want to go) but sometimes all you need to do is just talk to someone, and it feels a lot better. i really think you should...it's for the best in the long run, even if you just go a couple times.
also, i'm always always here if you need someone (besides your mom or a doctor) to talk to.
just to echo what your other friends said, seeing a councelor isn't going to make the pain go away or fix your problems, but you'll get an objective point of view and someone who will listen without telling you what to do (like me and mom :P), just at least give it a chance and if you don't like it you don't have to go back
and get your freaking passport and come spend the summer here. the house we're going to get has a nice extra bedroom with it's own bathroom. and if you end up having a baby here it'll be free :P plus you can take all of anthony's excess clothes/baby toys with you :P go get your pics taken fill out the application and I'll paypal you the application fee
