because there's absolutely nothing interesting or suprising in the newest chapter, I figured I could write about it sooner than I do usually
Bak And Reever are still alive, that's good though. But I don't care about the level 4 akuma. It looks stupid anyway. I'm bored...I wonder if there'll ever be any more interaction between Cross and Miranda. I miss fanboying around every stupid thing about these two. And fortunately there's no Linali yet and I hope she stays away for a looong time.
***********************
According to the hungarian calendar, two days ago was the name-day of my character Gerda. I was really suprised about this, because I didn't even know that this name was in the hungarian calendar:D So, to celebrate it, I wrote a stupid short story where all the other four main characters wish her a happy name day. And
wirbelwind11 even gave her some tesco flower seeds. It was very funny.
Maybe it should be about time I introduced these characters to other people too, although I was always uncomfortable about it, but I think I will do it now.
well, Tad is missing from here, so his introduction will have to wait, but I'll go from left to right
the big one is Mortifer, who is a mercenary of some sort, aged around 30. He is kind of gruff and cynical, and likes to spend his time (and money) in various taverns around the land. He might not be the nicest guy around, but he is reliable for a degree, or at least he doesn't like to ditch a job until he sees it through to the end. In the beginning, he is asked to guard Gerda and Morrigan on their way to the tower of magic, (sorry for the cheesiness, but all these things are still under development) where they can take part in the event that is held there every year.
Coming up next is Gerda, a young, and still inexperienced fire mage. She is somewhere between 16-17, and she is among the four chosen kids who can go to the tower of magic to take part in the competitive battles there. She lives alone with her mother, who is a bit funky. Her father is a wind mage, who seems to be missing somewhere out in the world. She appears to be a collected and mature young lady, but in reality she loses her temper easily, and can get carried away to the point where she can unintetly hurt others. She also can't really stand overused self-pity or indecieveness but she is generally good-willed, and tries to help and encourgae people in need. Her strong will makes her a good user of fire magic, although she isn't sure if she wants to keep that as her life goal. Even though she comes from a normal-class family, her pride can be quiet big sometimes, which comes out mostly when they are arguing with Morrigan, who is the next one in line.
Well, Morrigan comes from a noble family, which claims to be the descendant of the first big earth mage, Granifer. There is always at least one strong earth mage in every generation of theirs, and Morrigan is no exception, she is actually quite gifted, but is also pretty conceited. She thinks, like everyone else in her family, that earth is superior to all other elements. She especially despises fire, which the members of her family find way too unreliable and barbaric. She tries to put a lot of effort in her appearance too. With a personlaity like that, it was always hard for her to make any friends, although she says she is quite happy this way. Her noble family is there for her, after all. She is somewhere around 17-18, and has her mind set on becoming a professional earth mage, like many before her in the family.
The last one is Edmond, who comes quite late compared to the other four main characters. Gerda and the group see him in the tower of magic first, and then when the competition is cancelled because of an accident in the tower regarding a crystal, he joins them to accompany Tad back to the headquarters of the Guardians. He is a skilled water mage around the age of 26. He is already a full-fledged mage and scientist, and has his own laboratory. He also comes from a noble family like Morrigan. Edmond is extremely nice to most people, especially young women. He is sanguistic but thoughtful, and seems like a very mature and reliable person. But in reality, he is not the person he shows himself to be. He is just way too nice to be true.
