One of the plusses of living on this cold forsaken mountain range is the close proximity of a Diggers Club property, St Erth, at Blackwood. Dear Old Mum is off galivanting with a bunch of doll people in Hahndorf, so we three kids are responsible for the care of Poor Old Dad, which we are taking in shifts. The past few days have been a mixture of hell on earth and really good things happening. Feeling guilty because I've been wishing I'd never had kids, too.

The curse of the Tripod!
Knocked my camera off the bench with the mega bag, so now I’ve broken the battery and card covers, as well as the casing. It still works, but has to be screwed to the tripod to hold the batteries in. Make of that what you will.

It's nearly midnight.
My keyboard has a clean strip around the outside (thort it better to finish the job later when the computer isn’t turned on). Looks new. No more grubby finger prints. This pooter is ALL MINE!!!
