I doubt that the Hellfire deck will have the consistency to make it a top deck. It looks like it will miss 2, 3, and/or 6 on too many games, even with 4 tutors. Plus the nature of the deck seems risky, especially against a deck as aggressive as brotherhood or squadron, where they can just smash through unimpeded against you. Harry Leland seems like one of your best chances of avoiding that, so I think there should be 4 of him.

Basically when they swing with their biggest guy, you can throw a weenie visible with H.C. and give him reinforcement with Harry. I know it's not supposed to be a control deck, but you've still got to win the race. And also, I don't see how Mastermind is better than Harry anyway. The only drawback I see to Harry is that if you play 4 Harry & 3 Mastermind, you will only have 11 mental cards in the deck.

Are there any other mental cards that could make the cut? And what other tricks are there that let you throw men into the visible area at will during combat?
