New place (HOPE!)
So I am really hopeful about my new place. Ben, Greg and I went and checked it out Saturday. I got us to get all our paperwork done today, and am going to deliver it Monday. I really want to get this place...oh my god it is awesome.

this is important to establish RIGHT away.
See, swimwear and clothing have chemicals in them that disturb and destroy the expensive pumps and filters of a hot tub. so for the lasting enjoyment of all parties concerned, it is best to not wear a thread of clothing.
you can adlib any other reasons that come to your head, but i think that's about the best one.
