Alright. It's over. My lifestyle does not allow for a detox diet at this time. haha. After two days of eating only fruit and veggies, oats, rice milk [which is YUM!], and basically a vegan diet, I'm officially off of the detox. A few nights ago, Jarrett and I were talking about where we would go if we could go back in time, even for just a day. We had passion, and many, many great things about us that made us unique and wonderful. But we had no foundation, no grounds for anything at the time that would have made us last, and that's why we're not together...

I think I found one!
I'm going to write up an actual plan for daily meals that I can actually see and follow, but I found a detox plan that I think I'll be able to stick to. It's actual food, it gives me a list of what I can and cannot have, and it even included some recipes for meals for BL&D. just out of curiosity...
Has anyone on here done a detox before? I'm not talking drugs/alcohol of course, but the week-long, diet kind. Some of my co-workers were talking about them at work today, and I got really interested in doing it. I would prefer one where you can actually EAT things and not just drink them, but we'll see what I can find. I'm going to research it ( Read more... ) -

Auntie Jessica got to babysit Sophie for a little while tonight! I actually got her to sit still for five seconds to take her photo. heh. These photos were literally the only time she was still the whole time I watched her. Puppies are so exhausting! She was so fun to have over though. <3
