LiveJournal - what was that again?

May 02, 2007 08:55

Wow, I barely ever check this thing. I don't know why I even keep it open anymore. Ever since MySpace and my life generally getting busier . . . LJ just sorta fell away. Not that I used it that much before, but my usage of it DID go down a lot more.

Well, see you next year! Maybe . . .

I've been considering dropping LiveJournal, too. I hardly post. I hardly login to read my friends (and when I do there's such a backlog to catch up on). But then I get the idea that I should try to write in it at least once a day. Even if it's just a line of text or a news link or video. Sometimes, I get the notion that this practice is even necessary. Speaking of video, I've been considering the idea of starting a vlog over at YouTube. But of course, how on earth would I ever keep that going if I can't even keep a written journal updated. pfft.

On a whim I have returned! Hello my precious, precious fans . . . all TWO of you I have left! ;)

Mr. ERX, all is well in Hell A! Seriously, good times. :) I'm getting back into some music which should be more fun than it currently is. I'm having a hard time motivating my bandmates to step it up. The lackadaisical attitude is not going to produce a record within a reasonable amount of time, if ever. Right now we have some interest from some great people. If we fail to catch the wave, I think the project will be over.

On a brighter note, my filmmaking endeavors are really starting to take off. I just finished co-producing a film connected to Mark Walberg. And I'm shooting a feature that is getting some great buzz in the horror industry.

Mr Paul K, see above. Beyond that, I do agree with you that it is important to write. Just looking back at my journals from 6 years ago really puts things in perspective. Things are getting better everyday and I plan to keep it going in that direction. Oh, COME VISIT ME DAMMIT! ;)
