Since most of the time I have always been with others or a large group even when I've travelled, I can't say anything for sure. What I'd want to see is "America"--all those interstate roads driving through the middle of nowhere, seeing old-fashioned diners and gas stations off the side of the road...I'd love to go out West. Most of my travels comes from being on a band bus in college. Not the best way to travel and "see" stuff...but you can at least be exposed to people from different parts of the country...although most of that was part of the South (mostly Georgia and a bit of South Carolina--I don't believe I've made it up to NC). I've walked in a cotton field. I've also been on the shot on I-10 all the way to Dallas, Texas. My aunt drove me between DC and NYC once back and forth, but it wasn't exactly te scenic route. I've also been driven from Denver into Breckenridge, CO and back. That was unforgettable--the mountains and lakes and later the snow. I felt like I was in a world of fiction.
