Yesterday's dinner was meh. I ruined the pasta sauce by trying to throw in three pretty old anchoives....thinking hey no prob. But it turned pretty bad. The garlic bread was good though.
Tonight was a much better meal. Oven roasted veggies (Olive Oil, Garlic, Rosemary, Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers), Curry Chicken from TJs cooked on the Foreman, Quinoa
