New camera! For my graduation (master's), my parents bought me a camera that actually fits in a pocket without bulging out like some annoying grey's anatomy episode of a tumor. Sorry for not talking to you more often, LiveJournal. I mean, I never even told you about the kinda-lame free show at the "castle" in Battery Park City where I "saw" Mates of State, except for the actual "being able to see them" part. I am going to see Alex Chilton at the seaport, with The Box Tops. So awesome.

Ted Leo is playing the next week, and he's supposed to be good. Super Furry Animals on Friday, Suger Hill Gang (!) July 20th (will I be out of town? I think.) -- website.

It was very very nice to get phone calls from people last night, you guys are all great. And drunk by the sounds of it, I don't know what you guys were doing but it sounded almost as fun as what I was doing.
