I've been playing more than blogging so let me catch you up. I finally decided to go to Denerim. And then I also keep picking up all these sidequests which great for leveling but like ugh for story forwarding sometimes. Also if I want to play my other playthrough I kinda don't want to have to do all everything again. Maybe just leave some for later

This is important. What did you say to Ali afterwards?
"Learned" dueling from a chick at the Pearl, she was cool. I was kinda hoping I could hang out with her more... oh well.
Really ... ummm ... [Behind a Spoiler tag incase you're trying to avoid any and all spoilers]She's a party member in Dragon Age 2. Also, in that game she looks like this
Now I've decided that every damn merchant I encounter I take all elfroot and health pots.
Go back to the elves, they have an infinite amount of elfroots. I can't remember off the top of my head who has all the bottles, I'm sure someone else will mention it.
Other things I'm too lazy to copy-paste
There's no way to my knowledge to undo point distribution on characters, once it's there it's there forever. Which sucks when you're doingit for the first time and make stupid mistakes. And you'll understand what I mean when it happens, but you don't need to fight the Dragon to keep the plot going. You can come back to it later on when you're higher level.

I think I said--- Aurelia said-- I'm sorry it turned out that way but we have each others' back... or something. I mean she's not as into him as I am. But she wasn't cynical with him, it kinda totally sucked.
That's cool, that gives me yet another incentive for DA2. At this point I feel like a certain amount of spoilers is going to happen. And games are different than movies or tv shows since we're so much more a part of it. But she has a fucking ship and that's bad ass.
Well, darn. I guess my other play through I'll be more circumspect about point allocation from the get go. s
And sorry, I think I edited my post like 5 times while you were replying. I really need to private post and then when I'm done public post to make sure I have it all the way I want.

I don't remember if you've spoken on this, but what quests have you done with Leli?
'But she has a fucking ship'
[Spoiler (click to open)]Bwahahahahahahahaha. You'll understand why that's funny later. Also I'm just assuming you're playing DA2.
I wouldn't worry too much about point allocation. It's really difficult to do something that totally screws you. You'd have to do something like I did and try to build a character who only uses a single 1-handed sword. And I saw the edits, don't worry about it. I'm sure you sure mine.

I mean. I can't believe I 'm agonizing over whether I want my character to fall for him or not. I am le stupid.
ok Leili... I've just started taking her out so some field stuff and then denerim...and now Haven ruins. I mean I know she's all arrowy, but they have archers... I just don't know if I should switch her combat tactics from song of valor to song of courage...and then she automatically goes into rapid fire or whatever and she has other sustains but they are all like 30 to 45 stamina---- but even when I shut those she might still have life but no stamina and I don't know how to help her.

Not in Origins, unfortunately :c My first few runs were a bit of a mess as well. There is something you can buy in Awakening to reset your points, if you're going to play Awakening.

They are way more straightforward in both games than I've been IRL most of the time. I'd be ok if there was more. Since it's more than I have had lately.
