Like all good little progressives, I exulted in the victory of Daddy Obama and drank the kool-aid that he would Make It All Better. Watched that evil Bush fly away and heard Cheney cackle

They're unhappy that their little Bush backed era is over, and that they can't just be handed more money for the party to continue. I find it scary and laughable, that they expected this would just carry on.

Funny how it's socialism when the average person gets a break, but it's a good financial bailout if its a corporation that blew through their profits. I've always been baffled by "universal care: that's socialism." Handing citibank another gazillion dollars isn't?
