lol let's see if I get a response out of the esteemed Mike Fitzpatrick, but I wrote inquiring what exactly "forced rape" is.

Hi Congressman Fitzpatrick,

I hope you are having a productive day serving our interests. I have been reading some articles and I was wondering if you would be able to clear some things up for me. Would you be able to define "forcible rape"? I was assuming that all rape is forced, by definition as it is is a forced violation upon a person.

I appreciate you taking the time to help clear this up for me.
