So Josh really does have a meniscal tear in his cartilage. The question now is whether the tear is on the inside or the outside. Either way he's getting surgery, the location just determines how long his rehab will be and whether or not he'll have arthritis problems when he's older. If it's on the inside of the meniscus, they'll just go in,
