i trained with LOUIS ALVEREZ yesterday at my work. it took everything in my body to not give him googly eyes and practically bow down in front of him, kissing his feet (alright, that sounded dramatic, but i really do admire him). the man is so amazing and such an inspiring speaker, i really enjoyed the short two hours he was here

i don't listen to the radio, so i really have not heard any of their songs .. i bought the record because the ONLY music review site i trust (pitchforkmedia.com) gave it a really good review.

and now i like it.
