My dad's last load apparently had some extra bits that the company didn't want and now I have more Boca brand frozen chili than I ever would have bought for myself*. There's a lot more sodium than I'd like but it's... well, I wouldn't starve rather than eat it, anyway.

*I've never purchased Boca anything. Non-meat doesn't appeal to me.

Per the menu posted on my school's website, the lunch special on the 28th will be "Chicken Taco's".

Also, books are expensive.

Okay, first... Happy Birthday, Bob! Many happy wishes and all that for you.

It's been rainy and cold here for freakin' ever and we haven't done a single fun, outside thing for more than a week. So Alex is way bored. And, frankly, I'm tired of hearing about it. So yesterday I'm like, "Uhh... hey, let's make treasure maps!"

I've spent a large part of the day helping my mom learn the joys of html. Now, I don't have a real strong intellectual grasp on most things computer so I'm really the last person who should be teaching anybody anything, but I know the basics and I found a fairly helpful tutorial and, really, I'm her only option.
