No More Candy for me

I haven't had my teeth filled for about 2 years. And today, I had them done again. Can I just say...Ow? I had two of my teeth filled, and before they started, they gave me the usual anesthetic, but that wasn't enough. In the middle of the drilling my top tooth, it hurt, and I reacted, so he gave me more stuff to numb me. Then the same thing

Night guard is good. Otherwise my teeth would not exist anymore..of course it doesn't help if you clench your jaw..so you should be sure what your problem is, if you are grinding or clenching. My night guard is hard plastic, kind of like a retainer. Maybe they make squishy ones for clenchers or ones where your two rows of teeth don't touch...I saw a magazine ad for one but forgot the URL...

I returned a bunch of stuff to Gap, but then I spent it at Toys R Us and Bath&Body! Ah well, it was a trade, I can live with that.

I'm scared to go to the dentist again. I haven't been in years and I'm not always great with my teeth. :P

I think I clench AND grind. Trang has told me I grind, but I know for sure I clench because I'm sore in the morning. I'll ask my dentist about it. And...how much it'll cost to get a night guard...do you know if insurance covers it?

I paid $250 for mine but that was like 5yrs ago. I don't remember if that was a remaining balance from insurance or if insurance didn't cover it, unfortunately.
