Don't be too hard on yourself about the person you feel that you're losing. You are incredibly busy with classes and classwork, and leaving campus is usually a planned event. You've had trouble getting together with other friends off-campus since you started here. You've said it yourself, that friends on campus hold priority over friends off campus. Despite that, you *have* tried to get together with that person; you've made phone calls, you've dropped by the person's work to bring back a video, etc
