Just wanted to whinge about the fact that my housemate is listening to a relaxation audio thing really loudly and moaning. Also, the dishes she piled in the sink and covered with water 2 days ago are still there.

That sounds like an excellent book and I'm happy to endorse it :)
(I eventually dealt with this by asking her to do the washing up - and she did. Wasn't that difficult, in the end.)
