As for gaining weight... you do know, of course, that losing and gaining and losing and gaining, over and over, is quite a bit worse for your health than just staying fat. And the only important thing isn't a number on a scale, or a number sewn into the seam of your jeans, it's your overall state of health - and how you feel about yourself.
