These are from the Oct. 29th issue of Entertainment Weekly on newstands. Yes, I'll be buying a copy. Yes, I'm still fangirling Chris Evans (have done since Sunshine and Fantastic Four, though). Yes, I think he's slowly but surely becoming Steve Rogers:

I'm a total Chris Evans fangirl and have seen everything he's been in because he's OMFGAWESOME and I'm hoping people will stop making fun of him once this comes out, because not enough people saw his utter awesome in The Losers and Sunshine. Or appreciated his super hotness (pun intended, kinda) in the F4 movies.

Plus, this movie looks SO cool. I think it will be one of those movies that's great at mixing genres so that more people than just comic book/action movie fans will watch.

I think he's a superb actor, but I have to admit that, initially, I was iffy about him in the role of Steve Rogers. Captain America is such an iconic role, one that it most definitely larger than life, and I wasn't sure that anyone could pull it off, but after the first few interviews he did...well, I can't imagine a better person fitting the role.

It's a shame that so many people are shirty about it. So what if he played the Human Torch? There's nine million reboots out there!

I agree with you about the movie! It looks like it's going to be epic. They're really building up to something amazing.
