i think i have ascertained the cause of my feeling sick after supper and when i wake up - i think i can't tolerate sugar very well anymore. i got away from baking (even though i'd eat a little dough and not the finished product) and stopped snacking and eating desserts for awhile. last weekend i snacked a bit and had dessert and i felt sick, ( Read more... )

so yeah....today is Monday! weekend was nice - Thurs. had cross, took the bus down to summerfest to see the fray (we were in row 12!! it was crowded but amazing) [before that i got carried/tackled into those kid fountains and was very wet for several hours thanks to Tyler and Emily....lol] we met up with Laurel there and it was loads of fun ( Read more... )

sooooo workcamp was amazing...! Workcamp was absolutely amazing! It was probably the most incredible experience of my life thus far! My crew was incredible, my resident inspiring, youth group was awesome! I loved it! More later b/c it's such a nice day out!
