How To Join Sailor Moon Avatars
1. Pictures
Basic enough, but I need pictures of you for the site. You can send them to me either as attachments in an e-mail to contributions@sailormoonavatars.com, or as links, either as a reply to this post, or again in an e-mail. Whatever’s easiest for you. Don’t worry about hotlinking, all pictures you send will be saved to the website. And while group shots are accepted, solo shots are often easier. I prefer not to add group photos until I have all, or at least a majority, of the permission and info of everyone in the photo, and as you can imagine, that can get pretty complicated. So only send me group photos if you’re also sending me a way to contact the other people in the picture with you.
2. Basic Info
Underneath every model on SMA, I have room for:
§ Your e-mail address
§ Your profile (I’ll talk more about this in a moment)
§ Your website
§ If someone else made your costume, that person’s e-mail address
§ If someone else made your costume, that person’s website
A few notes about this. I can post whichever e-mail address you like (I know some people have more then one, and some people have ones especially for cosplay.) Your personal site does NOT have to be a cosplay-related site; it just has to be yours. (DA accounts, LiveJournals, and the like DO count.) And please make sure, if you did not make your costume yourself, that you credit the person who did properly. After all, if it’s displayed on the site, it might bring them more business!
3. Your Profile
Last, I like to make a little survey for each model on my site, based on the stats that are given for the senshi. First, I would like a photo of you out of costume to crop into a headshot, but if you don’t have one handy, I can crop one of the cosplay ones. Next, here are the questions. All questions are of course optional.

That’s it! Once I have all of your photos AND your info, adding you to the site is a piece of cake! Also, once you’ve submitted me your info once, you don’t have to do it again, even if you submit more costumes in the future. Of course, you may ask me to change your profile (as your age will certainly change every year, and your dreams can change at any time) whenever you wish.
