If you go to http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=icon_tutorial, you can find a lot of great tutorials. icon_tutorial even has a special section just for newbies!

Try it and see--it might stick with you for a lifetime. ^.~

So am I. I know the feeling of no money in college ALL too well--esp. this semester. I have to do a non-paid internship five days a week, 9-11 hours a day [I am student teaching....I get there way earlier than the kids and leave much later...]...I can only work two days a week! Not enough!

But.....there are other ways to get what you need. AIM lady baine if you still want to learn how to make icons. ^.~

um sorry to bother you but the link for the image(fruitfulpicture of our favorite heroines) is not working. :-D

That's odd. It worked the other day. Okay, well...mm. When Chibi comes on, I'll ask her if she can host the image at her webspace. It's too small when I put it on Photobucket b/c they resize it....
