The first two episodes I LOVED, especially the second, but this one I wasn't so crazy about.

Well, I was getting super pissed about the Jeanne storyline, too, and I think the writers realized the fans hated that storyline, too, so I'm thinking it's going back to the whole team-oriented feel it had always been. And I think this season there's going to be a lot of changes for Gibbs. It should be interesting.

The ep wasn't as fabulous as the first two... but there were a few moments.

My favs were the "this never turns out well for the children", the Caf-Pow showdown, the Abby punch and for some reason the Gibbs/Stephanie moment at the car.

I'm really, really missing the Gibbs smacking DiNozzo. It's criminal that it's not there.

And what is it with Abby and bad people being allowed in her lab? Chip, tonight's guy, that old guy in the ep with the escapee threatening Fornell's daughter, the lesbian girl that McGee knew, the forest ranger serial killer... No wonder she works alone. Gibbs and Tony need to take better care of their Mistress of the Dark.

Oh, and I'm using this icon to see how low Abby's cross tat is cause I was trying to figure out why we didn't see the top of it with the outfit she had on...

Yeah, there were definitely some moments, and I agree with most all of those. It wasn't a bad episode, really; I was just bored b/c I don't really care a/b Gibbs. :p

I know! What is up with the lack of headslapping? It's seriously a huge part of action that's missing. But FORNELL is in next week's eppy, & I am so looking forward to that b/c I heart Fornell. :D So maybe that'll bring Gibbs back to his old self. ;)

OMG, yeah, you're so right. She really needs to have some sort of "criminal ahead" alarm or something. :p

I loved the iPod thing at the beginning! xD All of their stuf was so fitting, too. I kind of wish Gibbs would've tried his out, too, but I guess we shouldn't be too surprised that he didn't, what with all his technology qualms. I'm curious about what would've been on his mix.

I actually liked this episode. It had its share of surprises. I totally knew that Fred was going to be at least part of the scheme, if not THE guy. I loved the Caf Pow showdown, though! That made me giggle. Then when Abby punched Fred, that was all kinds of great. :D

Full review in my journal tomorrow.

The iPod thing was so great! I think Ziva was listening to the same band she was listening to in "Shalom," so good continuity there. (They're called Kinky. Nice name, eh?) And I think Gibbs' songs were at least hinted at at the end, with the tape Holly put in the tape player. :*(

Yeah, but you're a canon shipper. :p No, no, I get it. People have different tastes. I guess I was just hoping for more humor. Last week was amazing. And this week was kind of a letdown for me. Abby punching Fred, though - I screamed so loud, I think my neighbors upstairs heard me, lol.

They're inviting people to their new comm. I'm not sure what that is, but I'd check your invites to see if they've invited you.

Haven't watched the episode yet, but please tell me there is not much Gibbs/Mann in it? Oh god. I will puke when they go all flirty again. >.

Eh, it's nothing too bad. There's a bit of it, but it's really nothing major.
