It seems like I haven't been here in forever. But I was watching the Extreme Makeover that aired November 4th, and I had to come here and tell you all about this.

There's a program in the DC metro area called Pets2Vets or P2V that sounds a lot like the one you mention. When I read the story of how and why it got started, and what it's doing to help others, it made me cry. Needless to say, they are definitely on my holiday donation list.
