Hi everyone. I have not posted in a while due to a bit of extra stress at home. Mr Smact has been ill with flu and my little cat Wilson has been really ill with cellulitis (requiring a stay at the vets, rehydration, a thermometer up the bottom and a rather large penicillin needle) following a rather nasty altercation with one of the neighbors

Wilson took on a much bigger cat than him? Go Wilson :) Seems you've adopted a scrapper ;) In the pic you've posted, it's uncanny how much he reminds me of a young Cleo, right down to eye colour.

I'm sorry you've been having such a stressful time of it lately - I hope things are going to carry on improving, and that both the men get to look after you for a while ;)

Thanks for your message. I have been really caught up lately and it has taken ages to get to catching up on LJ, what with home stuff and work....sigh....

Wilson is much better now, but probably none the wiser. He *is* like your Cleo isn't he?

How is your house hunting going? Hope that you have found something that suits that you will feel comfortable in. Will you miss Cleo? Will you get a cat yourself?

I can't believe now, how long I went without one. Despite the ups and downs, I just get such a lot of joy from Wilson. I spent about an hour last night watching him chase a ball of cotton wool around the bath tub. He's just a scream.

I have just taken some more shots of him, and one of them shows him sitting on his actvity tower. I will post these soon for you to see.

Thanks for the kind thoughts. Wilson is much better now - in fact, showing off as we speak. Things are much better now.

Awwww, Wilson! You are my favourite Fandom Cat! *pets* I'm sorry to hear he's been sick--it's very stressful when one's pets are ill.

Wilson is much better now thanks Boppy, and me too, especially now that I don't have to give him his pills!!

He is almost back to his energetic self, but still doesn't like having his tail touched.

He is currently engaged in climbing up the leg of my track pants!!Ouch...
