Now I can completely agree- And add a little "anicdote" if you will...
Portsmouth is only "artsy" and "cool" if you have lived in a shoebox all your life and never actually been in the "Real World"... Pink and purple houses are for Candy land and TV shows... Nothing cool ever happened in portsmouth... So what it has pretty flowers...
