THAT is not your role. Your role is to teach and develop your students with the help of a co-teacher. Sounds to me like your director doesn't want to buck up and do HER job! WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!? Your Purpose... to ensure the safety and care for those children while their parents go about their daily lives. You're not in Disney World anymore...

Did that even make sense? I'm just outraged that your director won't take her job seriously. Your co-teacher and yourself should be on level playing fields, this will NOT promote that!
