It probably depends on the person. I don't really know much about it, though, because arrancar like me don't have birthdays.

Ah, I don't think it matters so much whether you have a real birthday... a lot of us in Soul Society have no idea when we were actually born, either. If you'd like to have one, you can just pick a date of something else that happened to you, or even choose at random... what's important is that it's important to you, right?

You were born! I mean, there's the day you became an arrancar, for instance. And, like, before you were a Hollow, you were a dead person... or a lot of them... I mean, all of the Hollows you are were dead people once, and all of them were born.
