+10 swords? WTF! What system is this sword in? Better not be D&D... I recall that +6 anything was insanely high. I had, like, a level 19/19 fighter/wizard, and I think his most powerful weapon was a +5.
(this was D&D 2Ed, btw. haven't played more recent versions)
