I woke up this morning, stumbled around and drank water, ate half a bagel, and then my friend called and she was downstairs waiting for me. I hopped in the car, and we were off. Where? To a 7 mile road race along the Charles River. It wasn't a huge affair, but it wasn't small either. I'd guess about 500 people ran. Half were running a 5K and half a

I wouldn't worry about your time at all (hell, an hour and five minutes is nothing to sneeze at to begin with). You had a rough winter and spring, health-wise. It's great you were able to finish.
