I'm glad you know that it wasn't a couple ripe cantaloupes in my fridge I was talking about!
As for hamsters, I don't have anything personal against them, it's what you said. I'm deathly allergic to them. Of course, I'm also slightly allergic to dogs, but this would not stop me from getting a dog. So maybe there's something more to it than just an allergy with the hamsters. I mean, what do they do? Are they fun pets? It's a mystery to me.
