If you haven't already done so, please go see a doctor. That sounds like a lot going on in your body for you to try to fight off by yourself, especially since you've been cough-y for a while now.

I always hesitate to go to the doctor, because I'm pretty sure most of my aches and pains and hives are psychosomatic. :)
