Going to try to only eat negative-low calorie foods today. Breakfast doesn't count. I think I can do it.

So yesterday morning I had a pretty bad hangover, and I was really thirsty, but not really that hungry. I had a regular irish cream capuccino from Sweet Eugenes for breakfast. Argh, why can't I get rid of my love handles? They look so disgusting. I just want to cut them off. Haha. Well I suppose I could do more ab workouts, but they're just so boring. I am going to start (haha, well hopefully) just recording my weight and BMI and what time I weigh myself each day.

The other day I was down to 85 at nighttime, which is awwwesome. (BMI: 16.6)

Today:

11:40 am -- 87 lbs. (blah) BMI: 17.0

Well now I've actually decided that it would be good for me to write in this journal. No one knows about it, so I can write whatever I want without worrying about what I do and don't want people to see.
