Maybe you and Drew should try and work things out in a context where you have some space--live separately, but stay in counseling and not date other people. Maybe that'd help keep your need to be away from the situation from compromising the opportunity to work things out. The commitment you made to him is important, but maybe you also need some temporary emotional relief.
You two aren't sleeping in the same bed right now, are you? Because I can't imagine sharing my sleeping space with someone if I were going through what the two of you are going through. I'd suggest not sleeping in the same bed if living separately isn't an option.
