stop being afraid of rejection

There is one thing about myself that i really don't like... i am afraid of others rejecting me... so afraid that I have become someone other than who I really am. I try to hide all parts of my life that I don't think others will approve of. It's miserable living like this. Recently (as in the past few days) I have decided that I'm sick of hiding
