I have two versions of what is essentially the same story, one clocking in around 5,600 words, the other 12,600 words. It's a moody little bitch of a story, but I think I've got it wrangled in the second version, and should be able to finish in time.

I have over 50,000 words and I still don't feel close to finishing. The second half is so full of holes and bits of scenes that I need to expand on and flesh out and I still don't have an idea of how to end it!!!
