Eliza's so awesome <3 I wish I could see My Fair Lady on stage... though the movie's great.

Haha, our school just did a stage production, and it was pretty awesome. It was a lot more amateur-ish than the movie, but the, well, "live-ness" of the stage made up for it! :D

And the person who played Freddy was amazing, I think even better than in the movie! He had a lot more character. And the play really emphasizes his "stalker-ish" aspect!

I wasn't too happy with our Henry Higgins, though. He messed up his lines big time during "I'm an Ordinary Man," which really sucked because it was such a hilarious song! Ah well, at least his argument with Eliza was pretty intense! :D

I really feel that Eliza/Higgins is somewhat like Xellos/Filia in many ways...;) Too bad Shaw decided to make her marry Freddy, though...I'll just live in denial about that!

I should go to more theatres... hell, I live in the Chicago-area and we're big on theatre. I just gotta get my act together XP

That's awesome! Stalker!Freddy for the win!

That's too bad 'cause Hengry Higgins is the character that just HAS to be awesome ;_;

I definitely feel the same way. And we all know Xellos has grown accustomed to Filia's face :P

Yeah, I choose to believe that never happened!

I know! I was really disappointed by our Henry Higgins...But I got to give him some credit, I guess. Rex Harrison is hard to live up to, and his show of emotion at the end was pretty believable...But still, he forgot his lines! Geez, such an amateur mistake that totally ruined the suspension of disbelief...

Freddy is kind of cute if you think about it... And he sings really well...As long as he doesn't marry Eliza, that is. Lalala...It never happened...

Yep, yep! When I was watching the show yesterday, the part where they were arguing, I was thinking "Xellos and Filia would totally do that!"

Ah, I love these types of pairings...Those that would never admit it their feelings for each other. Very frustrating for fans, but the imagination fills in the gaps!

Very good fanfiction material, too! :D
