I can literally feel when NSAIDs, like advil and tylenol, kick in. I'll just be sitting there in pain and then wooosh I feel different. It's because I don't take them unless I really need it, which is maybe once every two months. This sore throat is so bad I think I might take two, which is also something I hardly ever do. It's always a fine line
